• No membership fee and no renewal charge.

Basic Plan

• Up to 2 saved birth charts.
• All Free Plan benefits, plus Basic Life Report, weekly relationship compatibility, relationship remedies, and Best Year of Your Life prediction.
• 30-day membership term after activation.

Plus Plan

• Up to 4 saved birth charts.
• All Basic Plan benefits, plus Hourly Horoscope Analysis, Match Compatibility, and Transit Alerts.
• 10% discount on eligible premium products; Premium Kundali pricing is shown separately at checkout.
• 30-day membership term after activation.

Pro Plan

• Up to 10 saved birth charts.
• All Plus Plan benefits, plus unlimited relationship compatibility, Dasha Alerts, Dasha Remedies, Priority ORION Support, and Priority Astrologer Chats.
• 80 free live-chat minutes with an ORION astrologer (included with Pro; additional minutes are available as paid packs at the Pro rate).
• 20% discount on eligible premium products and the plan-specific Premium Kundali and astrologer-chat rates displayed at checkout.
• 30-day membership term after activation.

Activation After Payment

A paid membership activates only after ORION receives verified confirmation of a successful payment. Once verified, the selected plan, feature access, chart limit, and membership dates are applied to the purchasing account.

Please allow up to 15 minutes for an activated plan to appear. If it does not, sign out and back in, then contact support with your payment reference and checkout email or mobile number.

Upgrades & Downgrades

• An upgrade or downgrade is made by selecting and purchasing the new plan.
• After the new payment is verified, the newly selected plan replaces the active paid plan and starts its own 30-day term.
• The replaced plan does not continue alongside the new plan. ORION does not automatically combine plan benefits or carry unused time into a new plan.
• Any refund eligibility for a replaced plan is governed by the Refund & Cancellation Policy and applicable law.

Subscription Renewal

Paid ORION memberships are currently 30-day plans purchased through one-time payments. Automatic renewal and recurring billing are not enabled at this time.

To continue a paid plan after its end date, you may purchase the desired plan again. If ORION introduces recurring renewal in the future, the renewal terms, price, consent flow, and cancellation method will be clearly presented before any recurring charge is made.

Cancellation & Expiry

Because automatic renewal is currently off, you may simply choose not to purchase another 30-day plan. Your active paid-plan access continues until its end date, then your account returns to the Free Plan with the Free Plan limits and benefits.

Membership charges already paid are generally non-refundable and are not prorated for unused time, except where required by law or where an eligible issue is covered by our Refund & Cancellation Policy.

Plan, Price & Feature Changes

ORION may update plan prices, benefits, limits, or availability from time to time. The current plan information and price shown on the membership and checkout pages apply to a new purchase. Changes will not create a recurring charge without your consent.
