Access, features, and availability may differ by product or membership plan. Digital products are provided for the account that completed the purchase and may not be shared, resold, copied, or redistributed.

Payments

• Payments are collected through a secure payment gateway. ORION does not ask you to send card details, CVV, OTPs, UPI PINs, or bank passwords by chat or email.
• All listed prices and payments are in Indian Rupees (INR), unless a page clearly states otherwise.
• GST or other applicable taxes may be added where required by law and shown before payment.
• Membership renewals, cancellations, refunds, and access are subject to the terms shown at checkout and the applicable plan details.

Intellectual Property

All content on ORION Astrology, including reports, written guidance, designs, branding, graphics, and page content, belongs to ORION or its licensors. You may use purchased material for your own personal use only. You may not copy, publish, sell, distribute, or commercially use it without written permission.

Termination

We may suspend or terminate an account that violates these terms, misuses the website, attempts to gain unauthorised access, threatens or abuses others, or interferes with the service. Termination does not remove obligations that arose before the account was closed.

Governing Law

These Terms & Conditions are governed by the laws of India. Any dispute will be subject to the jurisdiction of the courts in India, as applicable.
